This petition has been filed to substitute the present petitioners 9 and 10 who are the legal heirs of the first petitioner Kalivaradhan, who is no more.

2. Heard Mr.M.Manohan for Mr.D.Rajaskear, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and since the petitioners 9 and 10 being the legal heirs of the first petitioner has moved this petition for substitution, this Court feels that, this petition can be ordered, accordingly, it is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the main Writ Petition after two weeks.
