This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order of conviction dated 22.10.2019 passed in C.A.No.519 of 2018 by the learned IV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai by confirming the order of 1/4

conviction dated 28.08.2018 passed in C.C.No.1383 of 2015 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court - II, Egmore, Chennai and acquit the petitioner by allowing the Criminal Revision Petition.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner. On the earlier hearings i.e., 22.02.2024, 07.03.2024 and 15.03.2024, there was no representation for the revision petitioner. Therefore, this Criminal Revision case is listed today under the caption "for dismissal." Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Criminal Revision case stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
