Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the sale deed in Doc.No.24824 of 2019, dated 13.11.2019, in the Office of the SubRegistrar, Thirukannur, executed by the 7th respondent in favour of the 6th respondent, comprising lands in R.S.No.116/B (New R.S.No.116/1/B/1), 116/3A, 113/3 (New R.S.No.113/3A) and quash the same as being arbitrary, unilateral and against statutory procedure prescribed under SARFAESI Act and consequently quash all other subsequent encumbrances created by the 6th respondent.
