2. The petitioners have filed these writ petitions seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders in terms of the directions given in Order-in-Appeal Airport C.Cus.III.No.672 to 674/2017 dated 28.09.2017 passed by the Commissioner of Customs (Appeals), Chennai.
3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the first respondent has passed a denovo order dated 18.07.2018. 4.In the light of the subsequent development, these writ petitions are disposed of as no further orders are required. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
