The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo stating that he has sent a letter to the sole appellant by registered post and the same was returned as ''Addressee Expired''. He further stated that she is not having any other source to ascertain the date of death of the deceased appellant and requested to dismiss the second appeal as abated. Memo is recorded. The second appeal is dismissed as abated. Consequently connected CMP is closed. No costs.
