This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 508 days in filing the Appeal against the acquittal judgment passed in Sessions Case No.13 of 2015, dated 27.06.2018, on the file of Mahila Court, Chengalpet.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the petitioner. There is no representation for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to take the Appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and post on 02.03.2021.
