JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, in view of the fact that the amount has been doubled from 2012 to 2016, the learned counsel for the appellant does not press the appeal but states that in any future revision, the price of what is distributed as per last revision as compared with price of the same product when increase is sought should be adopted as a benchmark for determining the amount.

2.We are in agreement with this submission and, in fact, for seeking a higher amount than determined by the impugned order, have asked the learned counsel for the appellant to show that the price of gruel or other food stuff distributed has increased more than double, the material which was not placed before us.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid observations.
