Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in D.O.No.C2/32/2022 dated 14.07.2022, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent 5 to produce the detenue namely Chinnapillai W/o.Ramar, aged about 40 years before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty from detention, now the detenue is detained at Women SubJail, Cuddalore. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 01.09.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.5666 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department.

that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
