This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1276 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the directions of this Court dated 22.09.2022 in Crl.R.C.No.1276 of 2022, the respondents-Police have already completed the investigation based on the petitioner's fresh complaint and have also filed a charge-sheet before the concerned Magistrate in C.C.No.148 of 2024.
