This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been directed against the order passed by the Joint Commissioner of Labour, Vellore, dated 19.03.2019 in W.C.No.199/2015.

When the matter was called today, Mr.R.Subramanian, learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the parties have appeared before the Lok Adalat, Vaniyambadi and they have entered into a Compromise Memo. Therefore, he pleaded that permission may be granted to withdraw the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
