This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.647 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26575 of 2022 on 23.01.2023 to report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in this case is completed and charge sheet filed in C.C.No.569 of 2022 before the Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, petitioner is directed to report before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.
