On 24.08.2016, this Court passed the following order in Crl.OP.No.18689 of 2016 and Crl.MP No.8784 of 2016 :- "Notice of Motion returnable by 21.09.2016. Private notice is also permitted.

2. The petitioners 2 to 6 shall ensure that S.Pandian/1st petitioner-husband deposits a sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees five thousand only] before 5th day of every English calendar month to the credit of D.V.A.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram, Villupuram District as as ad-interim maintenance, without prejudice to both the parties. On such deposit, the respondent-wife is entitled to withdraw the same.

3. For the month of August 2016, the said sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees five thousand only] shall be deposited on or before 31.08.2016.

4. On the aforesaid condition, dispense with is granted for the petitioners 2 to 6 only. If the deposit is not made, the Trial Court can insist upon the presence of the petitioners. Post on 21.09.2016".

2. On 03.10.2016, this Court passed the following order in Crl.MP No.9904 of 2016:- "This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 24.08.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18689 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Accepting the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, two weeks time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- (ad-interim maintenance for the month of August, September and October 2016) as directed by this Court in the order dated 24.08.2016 in Crl.OP.No.18689 of 2016.

Post for compliance on 08.11.2016."

3. Today, Kalaiyarasi, the respondent is present and is represented by her Advocate, who has stated that she has received a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) by cash.

4. In view of the above, the interim order dated 24.08.2016 shall continue until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the order dated 24.08.2016 by depositng a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) every English Calendar month, as directed therein.
