This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for having willfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court on 26.09.2023, made in W.P.No.18509 of 2020.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court in W.P.No.23167 of 2021 dated 26.09.2023 has been complied with by the respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.17438/A4/2021 dated 30.01.2025 and also produced a copy of the same.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition stands closed.
