Crl.M.P.No.11569 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1095 of 2020 Crl.M.P.No.11569 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1095 of 2020 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 24.08.2023, passed in the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been complied with, and the Revision Petitioner has paid the entire amount.

2. The learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-II, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai, in R.Dis.No.277/FTC-II/2023 dated 04.09.2023, had reported that the Revision Petitioner/Accused had deposited Rs.1,50,000/- to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, and for deposit of balance amount of Rs.5,50,000/- has been paid before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court Egmore, Chennai, on 04.09.2023.

3. Learned Counsel for the Respondent is present in Court. The learned Counsel for the Respondent has filed a memo dated 05.09.2023, wherein it is stated as follows:

Crl.M.P.No.11569 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.1095 of 2020 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., "As per the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.o.11569 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.20195 of 2020, the Petitioner had deposited Rs.1,50,000/- on 14.08.2023 and Rs.5,50,000/- on 04.09.2023 in C.C.No.1322 of 2015 before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate FTC-II, Egmore at Allikulam.

The Petitioner had already deposited Rs.3,50,000/-. Therefore, the Petitioner totally deposited award amount of Rs.10,50,000/- as per the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.R.C.No.1095 of 2020 dated 27.04.2023."

4. The learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-II, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai, is directed to permit the Complainant in C.C.No.1322 of 2015 to withdraw the amount available before the Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-II, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai.

5. The memo dated 05.09.2023 reporting compliance, as per the order dated 27.04.2023 passed by this Court, is hereby recorded and no further orders required to be passed.
