By the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Villupuram District, instead of the State Rep. By the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thirukoilur, Villupuram District in the order dated 04.07.2023 in Crl.OP No.14864 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.14864 of 2023 and issue a fresh order copy.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
