The petitioner seeks early disposal of OS.No.1645 of 2019 pending on the file of the I-Additional District Munsif, Puducherry. 2.Considering the prayer sought for, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary. KKN 3.In view of the same, I am of the opinion that the disposal of the Civil Suit at an early date would put at end to the entire controversy. Hence, the learned I-Additional District Munsif, Puducherry is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.1645 of 2019 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of either certified copy or web copy of this order. 4.This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
