This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff to substitute the Official Liquidator, High Court of Mumbai, the 8th respondent herein as 1st defendant in the above suit in the place of 1st defendant namely M/s.Skyline NEPC Limited.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants 2 to 7 have no objection to allow this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
