2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4.The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of ten days from today to comply with the order passed in Crl.OP.No.8654 of 2023, dated 20.04.2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
