ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the case in O.S.No.944 of 2023.
2. Mr.M.Jai Singh, the learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondents.
3. This Revision is filed only seeking a limited relief of expeditious disposal of the O.S.No.944 of 2025 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.
4. In view of the limited prayer sought for, with consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the CRP is taken up for final disposal.
5. In furtherance of my order dated 08.08.2025, the learned the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore has forwarded a report in D.No.874/2025 dated 22.08.2025 to the Registry of this Court. The learned Judge has indicated that if both the parties cooperate, then the suit can be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of commencing trial. The learned Judge has also indicated that the suit is posted for framing of issues on 19.09.2025.
6. In the light of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in the following manner:
i) The learned IV Additional District Judge, shall frame issues in the suit on or before 29.09.2025. It is open to both the counsel for the parties to suggest draft issues.
ii) The suit shall be expedited and as requested by the learned IV Additional District Judge, the suit shall be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of commencement of trial and after fair opportunity to both the parties to adduce both oral and documentary evidence on the respective sides. No costs.
