This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13680 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a,m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13680 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
