ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks for a permission to conduct Chithirai Festival scheduled in the month of 2013. Apparently, the prayer in the Writ Petition cannot be sought in view of the scheduled date having expired. Hence, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. An endorsement has also been made to that effect.

2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
