This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders passed on 24.05.2023 in the above Crl.O.P.No.11848 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
