ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Cime No.110 of 2024 on the ground that there is no cognizable offence made out as per the complaint.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has disclosed commission of cognizable offence and therefore, final report has been filed on 22.06.2024 before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

3. In the light of the above facts, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
