2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17135 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27289 of 2024, dated 05.12.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
