of 486/2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.486/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MOHANA KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of the court made the following order:- The petitioner was convicted by the Trial Court, for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of four months.

2. Taking into consideration of the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner/accused.

3. Accordingly, sentence of imprisonment alone is suspended and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court, Ambattur, and on a further condition that the petitioner shall report

before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, pending disposal of the Revision. The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- before the Trial Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
