This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to transfer the pending investigation in FIR No.21 of 2014 to the first Respondent to deal with the matter as per law.
2. Heard Mr.S.Ezhilraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Today Mr.K.Ramesh Babu, Sub Inspector of Police, (DCB), Tiruvellore, is present. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.21 of 2014, has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed on 06.08.2018, before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvellore. However, the same has not been taken on file.
4. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate I, Tiruvellore, to pass appropriate orders on the final report (DCB) in Crime No.21 of 2018, if not already passed.
