The learned counsel for the third petitioner has filed a memo, stating that the Civil Revision Petition was preferred against the I.a.No.137 of 2012 in O.S.No.84 of 2006 on the file of the Sub Court, Kallakurichi, which is still pending before this Court. In the mean while

G.CHOCHALINGAM,J., kkd the matter was compromised between the parties in trial court. Hence this Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
