ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that one Buvaneshwari has lodged a complaint as against the petitioner stating that as if the petitioner has received huge amount and thereafter she failed to hand over the petrol bunk. The respondent police are constantly harassing the petitioner with regard to a civil dispute. He further submitted that earlier, the said Buvaneshwari had lodged a complaint to the Land Grabbing Prevention Special Wing, Nagapattinam, in which, the petitioner had appeared before them on 03.09.2021, as per the direction of this Court and subsequently the same was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closed. Now the second complaint has been lodged for the same set of facts before the 3rd respondent and now the respondents 2 and 3 under the guise of enquiry constantly harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 2 and 3 are not aware about the earlier complaint. If the petitioner appear and produce relevant documents with regard to the earlier complaint, the same would be considered.
4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent police, on 11.10.2021 at 10.30 a.m, without fail, along with relevant documents with regard to earlier complaint.
5. With above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
