This Appeal has been filed seeking for exemption of Court fee amounting to Rs.18,372.50.

2. According to the Petitioner/ Appellant, he does not have the means to pay the Court fee and further, the claim has also been dismissed by the Tribunal.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit seeking for exemption from payment of Court fee. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. However, it is made clear that on the final disposal of the Appeal and before obtaining the Judgment copy, the petitioner/ appellant shall pay the requisite Court fee.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.
