Respondents - - - - - Being an unilateral appointment of an Arbitrator by the respondents, the learned counsel for the respondents on instructions has submitted no objection for allowing this Arbitration O.P. by terminating the mandate of the Arbitrator. Both the learned counsels have also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. In terms of the endorsement and in terms of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, this petition is allowed by terminating the mandate of the Arbitrator viz., the 3rd respondent, who was earlier adjudicating the dispute between the parties arising out of the Partnership Deed, dated 01.05.2023.

3. In view of the termination of the mandate of the existing 1/3

arbitrator both the parties are permitted to initiate fresh arbitration in the manner known to them under law.
