KALAIMATHI , J., The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that this Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Respondents seeking Order to delete the 1st Respondent namely The Principal Secretary to Government, Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department, Secretariat, Fort St. George, Chennai 600 009 from the Cause Title on the grounds of misjoinder of parties. He further stated that in the petition, no Order issued by the 1st Respondent is under challenge.

The learned counsel for the respondent / petitioner submits his no objection by accepting the averments made in this petition.

Accordingly, this Petition stands allowed.
