ORDER

This petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.11315 of 2025 dated 17.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by order dated 17.04.2025, had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem and shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum. He would further submit that the petitioner was working as a daily labour and he is not able to arrange the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court, thereby, he seeks for extension of time. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to surrender and to execute the sureties, as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled, without any further extension. The other conditions shall remain intact.
