Pursuant to the letter given by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the matter has been posted today under the caption "for clarification". 2.In the order dated 30.01.2020, it had been stated that the name of the learned counsel, Mr.Thameem Mohideen, had not been noted as learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. It was also stated in the 3rd paragraph that the word "erstwhile" had not been included, though it had been stated so in the 1st paragraph with respect to Syed Hussain Basha. It is claimed that he was the "erstwhile" Muthuwalli of the 2nd respondent. 3.I have perused the order.

4.A fresh order copy may be issued by showing the appearance for the 2nd respondent, Mr.Thameem Mohideen and in paragraph No.3, by inserting the word "erstwhile" as indicated below in the second sentence of the paragraph. 1/3
