(Delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Appeal arises from the order dated 08.06.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.11599 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal with liberty to approach the Civil Court. She has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, liberty is granted and this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
