This petition is filed to relax the condition order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.14106 of 2025 that the petitioners shall report before the

respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
