This petition is filed to call for the records in Cr. No.224 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation in this case is almost completed and charge sheet will be filed within a period of two weeks.

3. Since the substantial part of the investigation is said to have been completed, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
