These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 357 days in filing a petition to set aside the exparte Order passed against the defendants 1 and 3 and to set aside the exparte passed against the defendants 1 and 3 on 21.04.2022 in C.S.No.289 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and in order to give a fair opportunity to the defendants to put forth their defence and to establish their rights and the fact that the written statement of the defendants has been filed, these applications are Ordered as prayed for on condition that the applicants pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees ten thousand only] to Ms.S.Lalitha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents on or before 17.11.2023.
