Though the Criminal Original Petition was filed in the year, 2009, and the matter was adjourned on several occasions at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, so far, no notice has been taken up by the petitioner. Yesterday, i.e., on 01.06.2015, when the case was taken up, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, and therefore, the case was directed to be listed today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed.
