This petition has been filed to implead the proposed third respondent as the third respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the proposed party is just and necessary party for adjudication in the Writ Petition.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the Writ Petition and as the proposed party is necessary for proper adjudication of the Writ Petition, this petition is Ordered as prayed for.
