] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 118 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.14,050/- in the above Original Side Appeal. 2.Considering the facts narrated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is convinced that the petitioner has explained the reason for the delay to the satisfaction of this Court.

3.Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
