Crl.M.P.No.12849 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7565 of in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2022 dated 17.06.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 6.30 p.m. He further submitted that investigation is not yet completed.

3. In view of the above facts, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7565 of in Crl.O.P.No.11296 of 2022 dated 17.06.2022 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly. The petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer as and when required for an interrogation.
