The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner refraining the respondent from taking steps for the mutation of the revenue records in respect of the property.

2. Such kind of matters pertaining to mutation of revenue records, in my considered view will come under the purview of the land records, issuance of patta etc.,. Therefore, post this matter before the concerned Court.
