CMP.No.14112/2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 388 days in representing the appeal .

2. CMP No.14113/2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 403 days in paying the deficit court fees of Rs.12,625/- in the appeal.

3. Heard the counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of both the petitions, the delay is condoned and both the petitions are allowed.
