When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioners have already been granted by the respondents.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
