Seetharaman v. M.Muthukrishnan

C.M.P No.13482 & 13483 of 2022 in CMA No.1279 of 2019 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These two petitions have been filed by the petitioners i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant namely Seetharaman and ii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased appellant, Seetharaman as appellants 2 to 7 in CMA No.1279 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company has no objection in allowing these two petitions.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these two petitions are allowed.
