O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the Respondents 1 to 4 conduct the enquiry in respect of representation dated 01.02.2025 and consequently to pass orders on merits after due enquiry and to cancel the entry made in Revenue records regarding S.No.34/8, of Kondepalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, as burial ground and to grant patta in favour of petitioner.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2025 and, after issuance of notice 2/4

to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
