ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent landlord would submit that as per orders of this Court dated 01.10.2021, Rs.5,00,000/- has been deposited by the petitioner and that it would be suffice if a direction is issued to the Appellate Authority to proceed with RCA.

2. Recording the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the VIII Small Causes Court, Chennai to dispose of R.C.A.No.152 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
