This petition is filed to relax the bail conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.12021 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
