This petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1819 of 2023, dated 30.01.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report has been filed in this case before the concerned Court.

3.In view of filing of the final report, this Court is of the view that no further order to be passed in this petition. The concerned learned Judge is directed to take the case on file immediately and proceed to dispose the case. 4.With the above directions, this petition is closed.
