Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the order made in letter No.2315/Ni.A.4(1)/2012-5 dated 01.08.2012 on the file of the 1st respondent confirming the proceedings in Letter No.Va.Va.B2/7171/90 dated 30.04.2009 and in Letter No.Va.Va.P2/7171/09(1) dated 04.10.2010 both on the file of the 2nd respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to transfer the tenancy of the House No.551/2, Door No.IV, Trust Link Street, Mandavelipakkam, Chennai in the name of the petitioner.
